Brrrr… it’s downright cold now outside. Yes, anything below 90 degrees feels chilly after the brutal summer we’ve had here in Austin. It’s hard to think about knitting when you have over 80 days of 100-plus degree temperatures.
But now that October is well in hand and Fall is indeed coming after all, it is time to start thinking about knitting again. I still haven’t hammered out Yarn Harvest’s Fall Schedule yet, but most likely it will consists of several events at farmer’s markets around Austin.
First off though, I wanted to let everyone know that Stephanie Pearl McPhee, AKA the Yarn Harlot is going to be at Book People this coming Sunday, October 23 to speak about her new book. Here is the link to the event:

I’ve got more updates regarding Yarn Harvest to put up over the next couple of weeks. I hope all’s well with everyone and happy knitting (and crocheting too of course!),
Greg
