I have been a tad bit nervous about our lack of online sales since the holidays. It was definitely a case of, “it’s quiet… too quiet.” It turns out that the nervousness was for good reason. I just found out that the online store has not been working properly since the holidays. My sincerest apologies for those who tried to purchase our yarn online and couldn’t. There has also been some lag issues with contact form submissions, so I might not have received a communication if you sent one to us via the contact page form.
Needless to say, I’m working overtime to get the ship back up to speed. It may take a while and until then, I’m going to go ahead and pull down our inventory from the store to keep any confusion minimized. I’ll update everyone via this blog, facebook, and twitter, as things progress.
