After all the cold weather in February, March is rolling right along with some warmer weather. That means that it is time to update Yarn Harvest’s farmer’s market calendar. This coming Saturday, March 5th, will be the last market until mid April. During the summer, we will be setting up at the Barton Creek Farmer’s Market roughly once a month.
We will be at the Barton Creek Farmer’s Market on:
Saturday, March 5
Saturday, April 23
Saturday, May 28
June – To be decided
July – To be decided
August- To be decided
I also wanted to update everyone on the status of the green cashmere that is currently in production. We’ve gotten it back into it’s fibers and is ready to blend. I’m very curious to see what the final color of the yarn turns out to be. Here is a picture of it at the moment.
Now that the green cashmere is closer to being spun, I can say with almost certainty that it will be ready for the April 23 Farmer’s Market.
